Stephen Dunbar is a Construction Manager at Alpha Engineering & Construction Ltd., with over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, including more than 25 years in construction management.

Since joining Alpha in 2019, Stephen has managed construction activities across commercial, industrial, institutional, residential and recreational projects, including the AMCOR Warehouse Expansion, Caribway Pool & Guesthouse, Southern Medical Centre, First Citizens Bank projects and Laughlin & De Gannes Distribution Facility.

His expertise includes construction planning, site supervision, multidisciplinary coordination, QA/QC, contract administration and workforce management.

His earlier experience on major projects, including Atlantic LNG, the Waterfront Project and hotel refurbishments, has provided him with extensive experience in complex construction environments and large-scale site operations.
