Alpha’s key to success has been the development of the business including emphasis on client satisfaction, service diversification, consideration for business continuity planning, supply chain risk management and crisis management. These corporate objectives have allowed Alpha to grow from a small entity into one of the leading mid-size Construction companies in Trinidad & Tobago.

Alpha has a full-time staff of twenty-five employees, seven of them have been with the company over twenty years (many of these since inception), ten have over fifteen years and five over ten years with an average tenure of fourteen (14) years. These include highly- qualified professional Engineers and support staff of engineering technicians, surveying technicians, draughtsmen, and administrative personnel.
