Furniture Plus Distribution Center - Concrete & Wet Works Package

Alpha was responsible for the construction of the concrete and wet works package for a new commercial warehouse and distribution facility. The scope of works included site preparation and imported fill to achieve finished levels, construction of reinforced floor slabs, formwork, reinforcement, concrete placement, power-floated concrete floor finishes, application of concrete densifier, termite treatment, and mezzanine floor. The project also involved quality control testing and inspections, and the implementation of comprehensive site safety management and housekeeping measures throughout the construction period.
